Validly activated Gift Cards are redeemable in full or part payment for merchandise (excluding vending machine sales) in participating Currys stores where Gift Card services are available. Gift Cards purchased in the UK can only be redeemed in Currys stores in the UK.

 

 

What will happen after I place my order online?

We will send you an email to confirm that we received your order. We will send you another e-mail informing when your Gift Card has been dispatched. If we are not able to process your order, we will contact you by email.

 

What are the payment methods online?

We accept Visa credit cards, Visa debit cards including Delta & Electron, Mastercard, Maestro (uk)/Switch, American Express.

 

What will appear on my credit card statement?

Your credit card statement will read "Voucher Express".

 

What do I do if I want to order a Gift Card over the value of £500?

To place an order please call 0371 2000434 Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm and Saturday 9am to 12:30pm. 

 

Can I send a personal message with the Gift Card?

Yes, you will be given the option to write a personal message when purchasing your Gift Card online.  Your message will be included with your order.

 

Do you offer a Next Day Delivery Service?

Yes, Next Day Delivery is available online before 3pm Monday to Friday and costs £7.50 for delivery in the UK. Upgrading to Next Day Delivery means that your order will be despatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery on the same day and will be delivered on the next working day before 1pm. Please note: Royal Mail cannot deliver to business addresses if they are closed on Saturday.

Do Currys Gift Cards have an expiry date?

The Gift Card will expire 24 months after the last use or balance enquiry and any remaining balance will be deducted.
